A. Material Grades

We offer the production of grey cast iron and ductile iron in small to medium batches for any sector of agriculture and machinery.

Grey Cast Iron according to EN 1561:2000

    •    EN-GJL-200 (Öv 200, GG20)

    •    EN-GJL-250 (Öv 250, GG25)

    •    EN-GJL-300 (Öv 300, GG30)

Ductile Iron according to EN 1563:2000

    •    EN-GJS-400-15

    •    EN-GJS-450-10

    •    EN-GJS-500-7

    •    EN-GJS-600-3

B. Melting

Melting is carried out using 2 x 2 Inductotherm medium-frequency induction furnaces with a capacity of 600 kg each.

C. Molding

We work with three types of molding technologies:

    •    Bentonite Molding: Using shaker press molding machines, Foromat F-10             with a 400mm x 400mm x 160mm mold box, and Foromat F-30 with                   600mm x 600mm x 160mm and 600mm x 800mm x 160mm mold boxes.

    •    Cold Box Molding: Using Geopol inorganic, basic resin with screw mixers.

    •    Hot Box Shell Molding: For hot box shell molding.

D. Casting Cleaning

The cleaning of castings is performed in our cleaning facility using Y-track and rubber belt shot blasting machines. After shot blasting, the castings are ground using pedestal grinders.

E. Heat Treatment

We have 2 heat treatment furnaces available to achieve the desired microstructure.

F. Weight Limits

The weight range for producible castings is from 0.2 kg to 600 kg.
